Job Title: Utility Worker
FLSA Status: Hourly
Reports To: Lead Meat Cutter/Meat Manager
Responsible for working closely with all Meat associates and follow company procedures, department goals are being ensuring that all company policies are being followed and the department goals are being obtained, and customers’ needs are being met. Contributes to department sales and profitability by effectively assisting in aspects of the Meat department operations, to include by not limited to: product quality, labor, expenses, stock levels, customer service, and team morale.
Whether our guests are meal prepping, tailgating in a snowy December, hosting their summer BBQ, or prepping their Holiday ham, our Meat & Seafood Associates are their resource and expert providing exceptional service coupled with tips & tricks to ensure no matter the cut of meat, our guests feel confident to season & cook it perfectly.

WORK SCHEDULE
The Utility Worker is an hourly position that may be part-time or full time. The work schedule may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays within the individual's availability
