Job Title: Grocery and Frozen/Dairy Department Manager

Reports To: Store Director/Department Director
Works closely with all Grocery and Frozen/Dairy associates in an effort to ensure an enjoyable shopping experience is consistently delivered, all company policies and procedures are being followed, department goals and objectives are being obtained, and associates’ needs are being met. Contributes to store sales and profitability by effectively managing all aspects of department operations, to include but not limited to: labor, expenses, accurate pricing, stock levels, merchandising, and guest service
Frozen Food & Dairy Department Leaders guide a team of Associates who showcase a wide variety of the best frozen and dairy products while simultaneously providing Festivals high standard of guest service.
Our Grocery Department Leaders oversee associates that are the experts on in-stock items while showcasing all the different selections Festival has to offer.

WORK SCHEDULE
The Grocery and Frozen/Dairy Manager is a salaried position. The work schedule will include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
