Reports To:     Digital Marketing and Ecommerce Director

 

The Digital Engagement Manager will be responsible for managing our e-coupons, rewards programs and vendor monetization across our digital channels. By using guest data, the Digital Engagement Manager will create an omnichannel experience to incentivize our guests. This role will be responsible for digital acquisition and improving guest engagement, resulting in retention and longevity.

Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manages sales and offer-based marketing with e-coupons, gas rewards and vendor programs across applicable store locations in our digital channels
  • Develops recommendations on offer driven content that drives engagement as well as digital efforts that increases subscriptions and decreases deactivation
  • Is responsible for the quantity and quality of customer account profiles within each channel
  • Meets sales goals with our vendors to monetize our digital content including our Click N Go pick up curbside program, website, social and email
  • Works collaboratively with Digital Content Manager to integrate program awareness and personalize messaging
  • Continually test and learn content strategies to maximize our content efforts
  • Works in conjunction with Marketing Analyst to develop customer lifetime value (CLV) models that help define budget for customer acquisition

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS

 

  • 5+ years managing digital marketing, loyalty and/or eCoupons
  • Possess a high level of account management, building relationships with guests and vendor partnerships
  • Bachelors or Associates degree in business, communication, marketing or related field preferred
  • Experience in digital customer engagement, acquisition and retention
  • Ability to take ownership of a problem and see it through to completion
  • Ability to take the initiative to stay abreast of changes and trends within digital marketing
  • Demonstrates collaboration skills that enable the successful completion of work toward a common goal
  • Some travel required

WORK SCHEDULE

This is a salaried, full-time position. Given the 24/7 nature of digital marketing, this position may work irregular hours as needed; must be available nights, weekends and holidays to handle any issues that may arise.
