Job Title:                         Central Pricing Support Administrator

FLSA Status:                   Hourly Full-time

Reports To:                    Central Pricing Operations Supervisor

POSITION SUMMARY

The Central Pricing Support Adminstrator ensures master data is accurately entered and maintained in Festival’s supporting retail systems along with performing a key supporting role that requires close working relationships with the merchandising, strategic pricing and pricing execution teams. This position plays a fundamental part as it relates to data integrity and the smooth operation of Festival’s day-to-day business operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Enter data into retail systems including but not limited to:
  • New Item set-up
  • Vendor set-up and maintenance
  • Item maintenance such as costs, retails, sizes & weights
  • Item lifecycle management
  • Promotion planning and execution
• Process forms and execute batch jobs to enact changes
• Run standardized reports and interpret the data
• Collaborate with merchandising, strategic pricing and store pricing teams
• Trouble shoot issues and participate in developing solutions
• Perform other duties and tasks as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Skilled in MS Office and retail support systems
• Strong analytic and problem solving skills
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams
• Solid communication skills: written, verbal and presentation
• Success in a highly-detailed, data-driven work environment
• High school graduate, associate degree or related work experience

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Sitting at a desk/computer 85% of the time
• Travel <5%
• Lift 5 lbs.
