Our Meat & Seafood associates are key to providing exceptional service and expert recommendations on our top-notch meat and seafood selections. With the freshest and most sustainable seafood in Wisconsin and incredibly tender meat, our department is dedicated to quality.

Whether you're an experienced Meat Cutter or Butcher, a passionate grill master who enjoys giving recommendations, or someone who loves providing outstanding guest service and is eager to learn about our meat and seafood assortment, we have the perfect role for you!

 

Available Positions:

  • Meat Assistant Department Manager (Full Time): Support the department manager in leading and overseeing daily operations, ensuring quality products and excellent service.
  • Meat Clerk (Part Time): Assist with stocking, customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized meat department.
  • Meat Cutter (Full Time): Use your skills to cut and prepare high-quality meat products, providing guests with the best selection.
  • Meat Service Counter Manager (Full Time): Lead the service counter team, offering expert advice and exceptional guest service.
  • Processed Meat Manager (Full Time): Manage the processed and sandwich meat section, ensuring the best quality and variety for our guests.
  • Lead Cutter (Full Time): Lead meat cutting, ensuring precision, quality and excellence in every cut.

  • Weekly Pay & Premium Pay: Hourly associates are paid weekly, providing more frequent access to their funds. Part-time store associates are paid a $1 premium per hour on Sundays and select holidays. Hourly full-time store associates receive time and a half on Sundays and select holidays.


  • Two-Week Advanced Scheduling: Better Planning. Better Balance. We provide our associates with their schedules two weeks in advance, offering greater predictability & flexibility.
