  • Coordinate Maintenance Needs: Conduct regular building inspections, identify maintenance needs, and schedule contractors as needed, while also keeping an eye on costs.
  • Manage Office Supplies and Deliveries: Keep supplies stocked, assist with incoming deliveries, and maintain inventory for everything from café supplies to maintenance essentials.
  • Oversee Outdoor Areas: Ensure outdoor spaces are well-kept by managing lawn care, plowing, light snow shoveling, and parking lot upkeep.
  • Safety and Compliance: Follow all company safety standards while assisting with emergency maintenance requests and necessary compliance inspections.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Hands-On Experience: Previous experience in general maintenance, basic construction, or light carpentry; familiarity with electrical, plumbing, and HVAC basics is a plus.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage time and inventory effectively.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Excellent communication skills, comfort with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word), and a professional, courteous attitude toward colleagues and guests.
  • Independence and Reliability: Resourceful, proactive, and capable of making decisions to solve maintenance issues efficiently.
  • Physical Ability: Comfortable with standing, walking, bending, kneeling, lifting up to 50 pounds, and operating equipment safely.

Work Schedule:
This is a full-time, hourly role with weekly pay. Regular attendance and reliable transportation are essential.
