ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Is the subject matter expert (SME) for digital channels and is knowledgeable of the channel best practices; can identify areas of opportunity for us to communicate with our guest in an efficient and effective way
- Oversee the health, deliverability, and optimization of our email program which includes, but is not limited to email templates, guest experience proofing, reporting, and email list hygiene
- Manage our Mobile messaging platform by identify best practices, ensuring strategic alignment with colleagues, and stay aprised of latest vendor platform capabilities
- Manages Marketing capabilities through vendor portals and admin dashboards, including online weekly ad distribution, digital coupons, and digital business listings
- Use Google Analytics to create dashboards on how guests are accessing our content, share with a cross functional team what resonates with our guests and develop guest experience best practices
- Is responsible for managing and maintaining our customer service software tool and the Digital Guest Support Specialist
- Maintain knowledge of our technical vendor service offerings and develop channel roadmap to enhance our guest communication
- Uses data, competitive analysis and industry standards to develop channel norms, templates, and key performance indicators (KPIs); monthly dashboard of channel performance for digital coupons, email and mobile club
- Works collaboratively on digital content strategy and executuion, ensuring peers have the tools they need for channel optimization
- Day to day contact for each channel vendor assuring the statement of work (SOW) is being met, manages budget based on contracts, and issues are being resolved within the service level agreement (SLA)
- Stay current on Digital Marketing best practices, industry trends and standards and CAN-SPAM compliance
QUALIFICATIONS
- Google Analytic Certified
- 5+ years managing digital channel strategy
- Bachelors or Associates degree in Business, Communication, Marketing, or related field
- Deep understanding of digital platforms and technology for consumer retail
- Possess a high level of technical knowledge and technical writing skills; the ability to summarize digital enhancements and complex technical issue to associates at all levels
- Effective collaboration skills with the ability to communicate in a kind, clear and direct manner
- Ability to take ownership of a problem and see it through to completion
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and is a self-starter; can identify opportunities and execute solutions with existing resources
- Ability to work in a fast paced retail environment
- Some travel may be required

WORK SCHEDULE
This is a salaried, full time position. Given the 24/7 nature of digital marketing and retail, this position may need to be available to address issues that may arise outside of normal business working hours which could include nighs and weekends.
