As an Online Personal Shopper, you’ll play a key part in ensuring our guests receive the freshest, highest-quality groceries—picked with care and ready for pickup. If you enjoy working independently, and making someone’s day a little easier, this is the role for you!
As an Online Shopper at Festival Foods for our Click N Go experience, you'll:
Carefully select products for our Online Grocery guests, following notes and preferences to ensure satisfaction.
Organize and stage orders efficiently, keeping quality and freshness top of mind.
Offer thoughtful substitutions when needed and communicate updates to guests.
Greet guests with a smile, retrieve and load their orders, and provide top-tier service.
Maintain a clean and organized Online Grocery area.
Assist guests with inquiries, both in-store and online.
Support your team by jumping in to additional roles as needed after fulfilling orders.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Computer skills and ability to navigate online ordering platforms.
The ability to adapt to changing tasks throughout your shift.
A valid liquor license (or willingness to obtain one).

Work Schedule
The Online Shopper is an hourly full-time position. The work schedule may include morning shifts, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
