Job Title: Banquet Bartender/Server
FLSA Status: Hourly
Reports To: Operations Manager
The Banquet Bartender/Server main responsibility is to set an example of top quality service. Provide timely, accurate, and friendly service that exceeds the expectations of guests. Assist with overall logistics of banquet events with primary responsibility of preparing beverages, assisting with dinner service during low demands of bar service, event set-up and clearing as needed, clear communication and teamwork, while maintaining the company’s standard for excellence, resulting in the overall success of banquet events.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
The Banquet Bartending position is an hourly position. The work schedule is mostly evenings, and weekends. Must be available to work Friday and Saturday.
