Job Title: Banquet and Catering Lead
FLSA Status: Hourly
Reports To: Banquet and Catering Operations Manager
The Banquet & Catering Lead main responsibility is to guide the wait staff team and assist with event management for on and off premise events. Assist food and beverage service, be attentive to guests, and provide clear communication in a team atmosphere. This position will train associates and maintain the company’s standard for excellence, resulting in the overall success of banquet events.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
The Lead Banquet Server/Wait Staff is a full-time, hourly position scheduled mostly evenings and weekends. Must be available Friday and Saturday.
