Job Title:                              Meat Cutter- Floater FLSA Status:                       Hourly Reports To:                         Meat Manager   The Meat Cutter- Floater will assist in any and all tasks performed within the Meat Department in order to provide our guest with exceptional products and services. The Meat Cutter- Floater fills in at various stores to ensure the store’s meat department provides positive earnings and the department operates at standards set by Festival Foods. Delivers the highest level of customer service and satisfaction, by trimming and preparing standard cuts of meat. Job Title:                                 Shift Manager II FLSA Status:                            Full-Time/Hourly Reports to:                              Store Director                                             Responsible for working closely with all associates in an effort to ensure all company policies and procedures are being followed, department goals and objectives are being obtained, and associates’ needs are being met.  This position works closely with our Store Director and Assistant Store Director to conduct day-to-day store operations efficiently.  Responsible for maximizing sales and providing excellent customer service, merchandising product, maintaining appropriate stock levels, developing and training store associates, and achieving productivity goals.   This is the perfect position for someone who is looking to develop their leadership skills in preparation for a full-time department management position.  It takes a unique person – someone who is dedicated; who excels in a supported, team-oriented environment; and is ready to do what it takes to make this a successful career.  A shift manager rarely manages from a distance but instead works alongside associates in order to be more efficient and to resolve guest issues as they arise.  Working alongside associates keeps the shift manager sharp in all job functions and allows him/her to lead by example.

Must provide prompt, friendly, reliable service to our customers by using proper bagging techniques and by offering accurate location of item information.   Guest Services Associates have an opportunity to treat every customer as a guest by creating meaningful and genuine interactions; you’ll see our regular guests choosing their checkout lane based on their favorite cashier, not the line length!
