Job Title:                Guest Services Clerk FLSA Status:          Hourly Reports To:           Guest Services Manager   Under the direction of the Guest Services Manager, conduct daily Service Counter operations and strengthen guest relations through advanced guest service and engagement techniques. Apart from responding to inquiries, provides information to the guests that help them in making purchasing decisions and resolve any complaints.   Guest Services Associates have an opportunity to treat every customer as a guest by creating meaningful and genuine interactions; you’ll see our regular guests choosing their checkout lane based on their favorite cashier, not the line length!

Job Title:         Food Court Lead FSLA Status:    Hourly Supervisor:     Food Court Manager   Responsible for working closely with Food Court associates in an effort to ensure an enjoyable shopping experience is consistently delivered and all company policies and procedures are being upheld. Assists Food Court Manager by contributing to store sales and profitability by effectively managing all aspects of the Food Court operations (Caribou coffee, pizza, Asian cuisine and popcorn).

Execute the boomerang theory by providing exceptional service to all guests.   Hot Bar Cooks create more time for guests to relax and enjoy time with family by creating hot & delicious, grab and go options in the Deli.

Job Title:                                Meat Clerk                            FLSA Status:                          Hourly Reports To:                           Meat Manager   Responsible for working closely with all meat counter associates in an effort to ensure all company policies and procedures are being followed, department goals are being obtained, and associates' needs are being met.     Whether our guests are meal prepping, tailgating in a snowy December, hosting their summer BBQ, or prepping their Holiday ham, our Meat & Seafood Associates are their resource and expert providing exceptional service coupled with tips & tricks to ensure no matter the cut of meat, our guests feel confident to season & cook it perfectly.  

Job Title:                           Produce Assistant Department Manager FLSA Status:                     Hourly Reports To:                      Produce Department Manger   Provides assistance to the Produce Department Manager by working closely with all Produce associates in an effort to ensure an enjoyable shopping experience is consistently delivered, all company policies and procedures are being followed, department goals and objectives are being obtained, and associates’ needs are being met.   Produce Department Leaders Associates who provide a high standard of care to quality, nutritious fruits and vegetables to ensure they are fresh & delicious for the families within our communities.
