Job Title:                                Meat Clerk                            FLSA Status:                          Hourly Reports To:                           Meat Manager   Responsible for working closely with all meat counter associates in an effort to ensure all company policies and procedures are being followed, department goals are being obtained, and associates' needs are being met.     Whether our guests are meal prepping, tailgating in a snowy December, hosting their summer BBQ, or prepping their Holiday ham, our Meat & Seafood Associates are their resource and expert providing exceptional service coupled with tips & tricks to ensure no matter the cut of meat, our guests feel confident to season & cook it perfectly.  

Job Title:                             Bakery Assistant Manager FLSA Status:                       Hourly Reports To:                        Bakery Manager   Provides assistance to the Bakery Department Manager by working closely with all Bakery associates in an effort to ensure an enjoyable shopping experience is consistently delivered, all company policies and procedures are being followed, department goals and objectives are being obtained, and associates’ needs are being met. Job Title:            Delivery Driver FLSA Status:      Hourly Reports to:        Assistant Store Director   Responsible for delivering any catering orders, mail, and product transfers between stores in an effort to satisfy the needs of all of our guests.

Job Title:                                Grocery Third Shift Stocker FLSA Status:                          Hourly Reports To:                           Grocery Manager   Maintains stock levels in the grocery department by replenishing products as needed. Execute the boomerang theory by providing exceptional service to all guests.   Our Grocery associates can throw sugar and flour like no tomorrow during the holidays and stock up all our guests’ BBQ needs during the summer with ease! Not sure where a special item is located? Our grocery associates are the experts on where that perfect ingredient is on the shelf and enjoy showcasing all the different selections Festival has to offer.

Job Title:                Floral Lead FLSA Status:          Hourly Reports To:           Produce Department Manager   Responsible for performing store displays and case sets, in an effort to ensure quality and store standards. This position will be directly reporting to the produce department manager. This position will work closely with produce associates in an effort to ensure an enjoyable shopping experience is consistently delivered.

Job Title:                   Wine and Spirits Cashier FLSA Status:            Hourly Reports To:             Wine and Spirits Department Manager                 Responsible for maintaining outstanding customer service and by working closely with all Wine and Spirits associates in an effort to ensure all company policies and procedures are being followed, department goals and objectives are being obtained, and associates’ needs are being met.   Wine & Spirits Associates have the opportunity to personalize a guest’s experience by providing expertise on the best Wine & Spirits products for all occasions; from wine pairings to local craft beer flavors, these associates are ready to guide our guests to the perfect selection.
