Job Title: Guest Services Department Manager

Reports to: Store Director/Department Director
Responsible for working closely with all Guest Services associates in an effort to ensure all company policies and procedures are being followed, department goals and objectives are being obtained, and associates’ needs are being met. Contributes to store sales and profitability by effectively managing all aspects of Guest Services department operations, to include but not limited to: labor, expenses and guest service. Some travel will be involved amongst area store locations.
Guest Services Department Leaders oversee Associates that create meaningful and genuine interactions with all guests through a friendly welcome and enjoyable checkout experience.

Responsible for working closely with all associates in an effort to ensure all company policies and procedures are being followed, department goals and objectives are being obtained, and associates’ needs are being met. This position works closely with our Store Director and Assistant Store Director to conduct day-to-day store operations efficiently. Responsible for maximizing sales and providing excellent customer service, merchandising product, maintaining appropriate stock levels, developing and training store associates, and achieving productivity goals.
This is the perfect position for someone who is looking to develop their leadership skills in preparation for a full-time department management position. It takes a unique person – someone who is dedicated; who excels in a supported, team-oriented environment; and is ready to do what it takes to make this a successful career. A shift manager rarely manages from a distance but instead works alongside associates in order to be more efficient and to resolve guest issues as they arise. Frozen Food & Dairy Department Leaders guide a team of Associates who showcase a wide variety of the best frozen and dairy products while simultaneously providing Festivals high standard of guest service.
Job Title: HBC/GM Department Manager

Reports To: Store Director/HBC/GM Director
Responsible for all aspects of operating the HBC/GM department to achieve or exceed sales, gross profit and labor goals. This includes but not limited to ordering, processing invoices, stocking (ad and every day in stock), facing and maintaining of inline aisles and secondary displays, inventory and back stock controls, creating work schedules, managing store level pricing and item setup as needed.
