Job Title: Bagger

Reports To: Guest Services Manager
The Bagger is responsible for maintaining outstanding customer service as per Company standards, bagging groceries, and safeguarding company assets. Must provide prompt, friendly, reliable service to our customers by using proper bagging techniques and by offering accurate location of item information.
Guest Services Associates have an opportunity to treat every customer as a guest by creating meaningful and genuine interactions; you’ll see our regular guests choosing their checkout lane based on their favorite cashier, not the line length!

Responsible for working closely with all meat counter associates in an effort to ensure all company policies and procedures are being followed, department goals are being obtained, and associates' needs are being met.
Whether our guests are meal prepping, tailgating in a snowy December, hosting their summer BBQ, or prepping their Holiday ham, our Meat & Seafood Associates are their resource and expert providing exceptional service coupled with tips & tricks to ensure no matter the cut of meat, our guests feel confident to season & cook it perfectly.

Provides leadership to café associates in an effort to ensure an enjoyable shopping experience is consistently delivered and all company policies and procedures are being upheld. Contributes to store sales and profitability by effectively managing all aspects of the café operations (Caribou coffee, pizza, Asian cuisine, and popcorn) to include but is not limited to: labor, expenses, stock levels, and guest service.
