Job Title:                             Frozen Food/Dairy Clerk FLSA Status:                       Hourly Reports To:                         Frozen Food/Dairy Department Manager   Responsible for ensuring that all company policies and procedures are being followed and that department goals are being obtained. Contributes to store sales and profitability by effectively managing all aspects of the FF/D Department such as stock levels, inventory, and guest service.     Frozen Food & Dairy Associates showcase a wide variety of the best frozen and dairy products while simultaneously providing Festivals high standard of guest service.

Job Title:         Meat Evening Supervisor FLSA Status:    Hourly Reports To:     Meat Department Manager   Under the direction of the Meat Department Manager, the Meat Evening Supervisor is responsible for working closely with all Meat associates in an effort to ensure all company policies and procedures are being followed, department goals and objectives are being obtained, and associates' needs are being met.

Job Title:                                Grocery Third Shift Stocker FLSA Status:                          Hourly Reports To:                           Grocery Manager   Maintains stock levels in the grocery department by replenishing products as needed. Execute the boomerang theory by providing exceptional service to all guests.   Our Grocery associates can throw sugar and flour like no tomorrow during the holidays and stock up all our guests’ BBQ needs during the summer with ease! Not sure where a special item is located? Our grocery associates are the experts on where that perfect ingredient is on the shelf and enjoy showcasing all the different selections Festival has to offer.

Job Title:                                Bookkeeper FLSA Status:                          Hourly Reports To:                           Guest Service Department Manager   Responsible for working closely with all bookkeeping associates in an effort to ensure all company policies and procedures are being followed, department goals and objectives are being obtained, and associates’ needs are being met. Contributes to store profitability by effectively managing all aspects of bookkeeping department operations, to include but not limited to: labor, expenses and guest service.

Must provide prompt, friendly, reliable service to our customers by using proper bagging techniques and by offering accurate location of item information.   Guest Services Associates have an opportunity to treat every customer as a guest by creating meaningful and genuine interactions; you’ll see our regular guests choosing their checkout lane based on their favorite cashier, not the line length!
