Execute the boomerang theory by providing exceptional service to all guests.   Hot Bar Cooks create more time for guests to relax and enjoy time with family by creating hot & delicious, grab and go options in the Deli.

Job Title:                                Produce Clerk I                    FLSA Status:                          Hourly Reports To:                           Produce Department Manager   Responsible for working closely with all produce associates in an effort to ensure all company policies and procedures are being followed, department goals are being obtained, and associates' needs are being met.   Produce Associates provide a high standard of care to quality, nutritious fruits and vegetables to ensure they are fresh & delicious for the families within our communities.

Job Title:                                 Shift Manager II FLSA Status:                            Full-Time/Hourly Reports to:                              Store Director                                             Responsible for working closely with all associates in an effort to ensure all company policies and procedures are being followed, department goals and objectives are being obtained, and associates’ needs are being met.  This position works closely with our Store Director and Assistant Store Director to conduct day-to-day store operations efficiently.  Responsible for maximizing sales and providing excellent customer service, merchandising product, maintaining appropriate stock levels, developing and training store associates, and achieving productivity goals.   This is the perfect position for someone who is looking to develop their leadership skills in preparation for a full-time department management position.  It takes a unique person – someone who is dedicated; who excels in a supported, team-oriented environment; and is ready to do what it takes to make this a successful career.  A shift manager rarely manages from a distance but instead works alongside associates in order to be more efficient and to resolve guest issues as they arise.  Working alongside associates keeps the shift manager sharp in all job functions and allows him/her to lead by example.

Job Title:                              Meat Cutter- Floater FLSA Status:                       Hourly Reports To:                         Meat Manager   The Meat Cutter- Floater will assist in any and all tasks performed within the Meat Department in order to provide our guest with exceptional products and services. The Meat Cutter- Floater fills in at various stores to ensure the store’s meat department provides positive earnings and the department operates at standards set by Festival Foods. Delivers the highest level of customer service and satisfaction, by trimming and preparing standard cuts of meat. Demonstrates excellent teamwork, interpersonal skills, and commitment to the success of the team.
