Job Title:          HR Generalist FLSA Status:    Salary Reports To:     Store Director   This position is responsible for delivering all aspects of the HR function to an assigned store location. The position is a key leader within the store that focuses on all associate related matters to ensure a productive, engaging, compliant, and best-in-class workforce.  The HR Generalist will think strategically, use data to guide decisions, professionally and appropriately challenge and influence others while cultivating talent within the store.

Job Title:         Food Court Lead FSLA Status:    Hourly Supervisor:     Food Court Manager   Responsible for working closely with Food Court associates in an effort to ensure an enjoyable shopping experience is consistently delivered and all company policies and procedures are being upheld. Assists Food Court Manager by contributing to store sales and profitability by effectively managing all aspects of the Food Court operations (Caribou coffee, pizza, Asian cuisine and popcorn).  

Job Title:                                 Shift Manager II FLSA Status:                            Full-Time/Hourly Reports to:                              Store Director                                             Responsible for working closely with all associates in an effort to ensure all company policies and procedures are being followed, department goals and objectives are being obtained, and associates’ needs are being met.  This position works closely with our Store Director and Assistant Store Director to conduct day-to-day store operations efficiently.  Responsible for maximizing sales and providing excellent customer service, merchandising product, maintaining appropriate stock levels, developing and training store associates, and achieving productivity goals.   This is the perfect position for someone who is looking to develop their leadership skills in preparation for a full-time department management position.  It takes a unique person – someone who is dedicated; who excels in a supported, team-oriented environment; and is ready to do what it takes to make this a successful career.  A shift manager rarely manages from a distance but instead works alongside associates in order to be more efficient and to resolve guest issues as they arise.  Working alongside associates keeps the shift manager sharp in all job functions and allows him/her to lead by example.

Job Title: Food Court Manager FSLA Status: Salary Supervisor: Store Director    Provides leadership to food court associates in an effort to ensure an enjoyable shopping experience is consistently delivered and all company policies and procedures are being upheld. Job Title:                                Frozen/Dairy Assistant Department Manager FLSA Status:                          Hourly Reports To:                           Frozen/Dairy Department Manager   Provides assistance to the Frozen/Dairy Department Manager by working closely with all Frozen/Dairy associates in an effort to ensure an enjoyable shopping experience is consistently delivered, all company policies and procedures are being followed, department goals and objectives are being obtained, and associates’ needs are being met.     Frozen Food & Dairy Department Leaders guide a team of Associates who showcase a wide variety of the best frozen and dairy products while simultaneously providing Festivals high standard of guest service.

Job Title:                                 HBC/GM Department Manager FLSA Status:                            Salary Reports To:                              Store Director/HBC/GM Director   Responsible for all aspects of operating the HBC/GM department to achieve or exceed sales, gross profit and labor goals. This includes but not limited to ordering, processing invoices, stocking (ad and every day in stock), facing and maintaining of inline aisles and secondary displays, inventory and back stock controls, creating work schedules, managing store level pricing and item setup as needed.

Job Title:         Deli Night Lead FSLA Status:    Hourly Reports To:     Deli Manager   Alongside the Deli Assistant Department Manager-PM, the Night Lead provides leadership to all evening associates, lives the boomerang principal, ensures that an enjoyable shopping experience is consistently delivered, and contributes to store sales and profitability.
