The Retail Strategy Specialist supports the day-to-day implementation and execution of strategic pricing programs for seasonal assortments, vendor sponsored deal programs and every-day price positioningto drive market share and achieve financial targets. The Specialist applies business rules and strategic pricing methods across the corporate assortment that requires close collaboration with Buying Teams in order to balance non-promotional activity with planned multi-channel promotions. The Specialist may also assist with report development, compliance monitoring and developing standard work processes. The Specialist is part of a growing team of individuals with a continuous improvement and data-driven mind-set.
