Job Title:                                 Produce Evening Supervisor FLSA Status:                            Hourly Reports To:                             Produce Department Manger   Provides assistance to the Produce Department Manager by working closely with all Produce associates in an effort to ensure an enjoyable shopping experience is consistently delivered, all company policies and procedures are being followed, department goals and objectives are being obtained, and associates’ needs are being met.   Produce Department Leaders Associates who provide a high standard of care to quality, nutritious fruits and vegetables to ensure they are fresh & delicious for the families within our communities.

Job Title:         Meat Assistant Department Manager FLSA Status:    Hourly Reports To:     Meat Department Manager   Under the direction of the Meat Department Manager, the Assistant Department Manager is responsible for working closely with all Meat associates in an effort to ensure all company policies and procedures are being followed, department goals and objectives are being obtained, and associates' needs are being met.

Job Title:                     Fresh Cut Lead FLSA Status:                Hourly Reports To:                 Produce Department Manager   The Fresh Cut Lead is responsible for working closely with all Fresh Cut associates in an effort to ensure all company policies and procedures are being followed, department goals and objectives are being obtained, and associates’ needs are being met.

Job Title:                     Deli Assistant Department Manager- PM FSLA Status:                Salary Supervisor:                 Deli Department Manager   Alongside the Deli Department Manager, the Assistant provides leadership to all Deli associates, lives the boomerang principal, ensures that an enjoyable shopping experience is consistently delivered, and contributes to store sales and profitability.

Job Title:                 Frozen/Dairy Department Manager     FLSA Status:             Salary Reports To:             Store Director/Department Director   Works closely with all Frozen/Dairy associates in an effort to ensure an enjoyable shopping experience is consistently delivered, all company policies and procedures are being followed, department goals and objectives are being obtained, and associates’ needs are being met. Contributes to store sales and profitability by effectively managing all aspects of department operations, to include but not limited to: labor, expenses, accurate pricing, stock levels, merchandising, and guest service     Frozen Food & Dairy Department Leaders guide a team of Associates who showcase a wide variety of the best frozen and dairy products while simultaneously providing Festivals high standard of guest service.

Job Title:         Deli Night Lead FSLA Status:    Hourly Reports To:     Deli Manager   Alongside the Deli Assistant Department Manager-PM, the Night Lead provides leadership to all evening associates, lives the boomerang principal, ensures that an enjoyable shopping experience is consistently delivered, and contributes to store sales and profitability.

  Job Title:                                 Natural- HBC/GM Department Manager FLSA Status:                         Salary Reports To:                             Store Director/HBC/GM and Natural Department Director   Responsible for all aspects of operating the Natural-HBC/GM department to achieve or exceed sales, gross profit and labor goals. This includes but not limited to ordering, processing invoices, stocking (ad and every day in stock), facing and maintaining of inline aisles and secondary displays, inventory and back stock controls, creating work schedules, managing store level pricing and item setup as needed.

Job Title:                                Grocery Third Shift Supervisor FLSA Status:                          Salary Reports To:                           Grocery Department Manager   Maintains stock levels in the grocery department by replenishing products as needed. Execute the boomerang theory by providing exceptional service to all guests.     Our Grocery Department Leaders oversee associates that are the experts on in-stock items while showcasing all the different selections Festival has to offer.

Job Title:                Bakery Evening Supervisor FLSA Status:          Hourly Reports To:           Bakery Manager   Under the direction of the Bakery Department Manager, responsible for working closely with all Bakery associates in an effort to keep the bakery department stocked and full of fresh product.   Creativity in the form of food is the name of the game in our Bakery; Festival’s bakery associates are here to enhance the special moments and occasions in our guest’s lives by providing a fun & fresh bakery assortment.   Bakery Department Leaders oversee Associates who enhance the special moments and celebrations in our guest’s lives by providing creative, fresh and inspired bakery items.

Job Title:                       Assistant Store Director FLSA Status:                 Salary Reports To:                  Store Director   Responsible for assisting the Store Director with managing all phases of store operations in a manner designed to obtain maximum sales and margins, control labor, utility and other operation expenses; and to ensure that the store meets targeted projections and goals through the effective utilization of associates and resources available.

Job Title:                                 Shift Manager II FLSA Status:                            Full-Time/Hourly Reports to:                              Store Director                                             Responsible for working closely with all associates in an effort to ensure all company policies and procedures are being followed, department goals and objectives are being obtained, and associates’ needs are being met.  This position works closely with our Store Director and Assistant Store Director to conduct day-to-day store operations efficiently.  Responsible for maximizing sales and providing excellent customer service, merchandising product, maintaining appropriate stock levels, developing and training store associates, and achieving productivity goals.   This is the perfect position for someone who is looking to develop their leadership skills in preparation for a full-time department management position.  It takes a unique person – someone who is dedicated; who excels in a supported, team-oriented environment; and is ready to do what it takes to make this a successful career.  A shift manager rarely manages from a distance but instead works alongside associates in order to be more efficient and to resolve guest issues as they arise.  Working alongside associates keeps the shift manager sharp in all job functions and allows him/her to lead by example.
