Job Title: Shift Manager II
FLSA Status: Full-Time/Hourly
Reports to: Store Director
Responsible for working closely with all associates in an effort to ensure all company policies and procedures are being followed, department goals and objectives are being obtained, and associates’ needs are being met. This position works closely with our Store Director and Assistant Store Director to conduct day-to-day store operations efficiently. Responsible for maximizing sales and providing excellent customer service, merchandising product, maintaining appropriate stock levels, developing and training store associates, and achieving productivity goals.
This is the perfect position for someone who is looking to develop their leadership skills in preparation for a full-time department management position. It takes a unique person – someone who is dedicated; who excels in a supported, team-oriented environment; and is ready to do what it takes to make this a successful career. A shift manager rarely manages from a distance but instead works alongside associates in order to be more efficient and to resolve guest issues as they arise. Supervisor: Deli Manager
Provides leadership to food court associates in an effort to ensure an enjoyable shopping experience is consistently delivered and all company policies and procedures are being upheld. Contributes to store sales and profitability by effectively managing all aspects of the food court operations (Caribou coffee, pizza, Asian cuisine, and popcorn) to include but is not limited to: labor, expenses, stock levels, and guest service.

Provides assistance to the Frozen/Dairy Department Management by working closely with all evening Frozen/Dairy associates in an effort to ensure an enjoyable shopping experience is consistently delivered, all company policies and procedures are being followed, department goals and objectives are being obtained, and associates’ needs are being met.
Frozen Food & Dairy Associates showcase a wide variety of the best frozen and dairy products while simultaneously providing Festivals high standard of guest service.

Under the direction of the Bakery Department Manager, responsible for working closely with all Bakery associates in an effort to keep the bakery department stocked and full of fresh product.
