Job Title: Community Involvement Intern
Department: Community Involvement
Hours: 20-30 per week
Under the direction of the Community Involvement team, the Community Involvement Internship will provide the opportunity to gain valuable event planning experience, build collaborative relationships with Festival Foods partners and grow leadership skills through tasks focusing on community engagement.
You will be responsible for bringing the Festival Foods brand to life at exciting events across the state –and what better way than with a giant shopping cart! You will have the opportunity to connect with community members and organizations in unique ways, like driving in parades, giving Big Cart rides, providing fun photo opportunities and many other engaging activations!
Our IT solutions team is growing! The IT Solutions Manager role is a combination of Project Management and Business Analyst, based out of our Onalaska (Greater La Crosse) office, will report directly to our IT Solutions Director. This person will partner with business sponsors, other IT teams, and other IT Solutions Managers to initiate, plan, and execute key organizational projects. The IT Solutions Manager will participate in strategic planning, road mapping, and prioritization of business units project backlog.
You’ll bring: experience as a project manager, program manager, or Business Analyst; coupled with a demonstrated history of communicating and working cross-functionally across organizations and delivering results through projects.

Reports to: IT Solutions Director
The IT Solutions Manager is responsible for planning, overseeing, and leading IT projects from ideation through completion. This includes analyzing, specifying, and validating the business needs of stakeholders, guests or business partners, by interviewing stakeholders, gathering and compiling user requirements to understand the technology solutions they need. This role is also responsible for developing detailed project plans to ensure resource availability, allocation, and on-time project delivery within budget and scope. The IT Solutions Manager will also apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to guide the business towards make beneficial technology decisions. This role will require a proactive approach to collaboration with IT Peers when seeking new technologies to optimize business processes and will also play a pivotal role in ensuring IT’s understanding of business requirements.

Under the direction of the Accounting Assistant Director, the Staff Accountant II will be a member of the Accounting and Finance team, and will be responsible for properly applying generally accepted accounting principles to compile and analyze financial information, process journal entries, and perform complex account reconciliations.

The Procurement Manager- Technology, IT and Asset Protection is responsible for leading sourcing activities. They will identify strategic supply partners, negotiate fair and cost-effective service and supply contracts, and drive fundamental procurement processes, among other duties. Primary focus will be Technology, I.T., and Asset Protection with other indirect categories as assigned.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Procurement Manager at Festival Foods! This role is primarily responsible for managing all aspects of procurement of IT related goods/services/software/licenses, technology, and asset protection in partnership with IT Department; as well as other indirect categories as assigned.

For that reason, grocery or retail experience is ideal but a history in manufacturing would also be beneficial.
You’ll bring: the ability to elicit, analyze, specify and validate business needs of stakeholders, an aptitude to communicate effectively to cross-functional areas of the business, a positive attitude towards driving meaningful change, and a proven background in IT business analysis.

This includes interviewing stakeholders and gathering and compiling user requirements to understand the technology solutions they need. The IT Sr. Business Analyst will also apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help the business make good technology decisions. The IT Sr Business Analyst will also be proactive about working with the IT peers to look for new technologies to optimize business processes. The IT Sr. Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in ensuring IT’s understanding of business requirements.

We are looking for a self-motivated and passionate Microsoft SQL Sr DBA to join the talented IT Department at Festival Foods. You will work closely with reporting, engineering, and systems teams to enhance the design, performance and functionality of new and existing databases and data architecture. The Sr Database Administrator position performs all aspects of data and database administration including logical and physical database implementation, review database designs, perform data security administration, research and evaluation of new tools and techniques, development of governance, policies, standards and procedures related to the database environment. The Sr Database Administrator manages the SQL DB backlog by prioritizing incidents and requests with input from key stakeholders and delegating overflow work to SQL DBA contractors when appropriate.
