Do you have Front End Manager, Guest Service Manager, Retail Store Manager, Customer Service or other leadership experience?  We want to talk to you!  Festival’s Grocery Operations Leadership Development program (aka GOLD), is an approximately 8-month jump start to all that is Guest Service leadership at Festival.  Fun fact: our guest service teams (Cashiers/Baggers/Service Desk) have the opportunity to make a lasting impression on all guests every shopping trip - our Guest Service Managers lead and motivate those teammates to deliver exceptional & "wow" service to every guest, every time.    This manager trainee program is approx. 5-months spent in the technical side (our leaders at Festival need to be able to jump in & work any role within the department to set their team up for success – that’s where the technical training comes in).  About 3-months is focused on the leadership side (we know often times individuals joining this program have prior leadership experience, but every company does things just a little bit differently, so this will provide a great leadership foundation to your career at Festival).   Beyond incredible career growth opportunities with a fun company, we also know that our leaders and associates need time away from work to balance their lives, so we’re proud to offer work-life balance scheduling for our Department Managers as well as 15 days of PTO for our full-time associates.    More about our work/life balance: Festival Foods has decreased scheduled work-week hours for department managers companywide. It’s their choice,” Abnet said. The freedom to choose their non-core hours increases flexibility. “This is a game-changer for department managers who seek more flexibility with their schedules, and we hope it will provide them a better work-life balance,” Abnet said.
