Job Title:           Guest Service Representative (GSR) FLSA Status:     Hourly Reports To:      Guest Services Manager   Under the direction of the Guest Services Manager, the GSR position is responsible for the operations of the Guest Service Department, leadership of associates and providing an exceptional shopping experience.

Job Title:                Guest Services Clerk FLSA Status:          Hourly Reports To:           Guest Services Manager   Under the direction of the Guest Services Manager, conduct daily Service Counter operations and strengthen guest relations through advanced guest service and engagement techniques. Must provide prompt, friendly, reliable service to our customers by using proper bagging techniques and by offering accurate location of item information.   Guest Services Associates have an opportunity to treat every customer as a guest by creating meaningful and genuine interactions; you’ll see our regular guests choosing their checkout lane based on their favorite cashier, not the line length!
