Job Title:                 Wine and Spirits Clerk/Cashier FLSA Status:            Hourly Reports To:             Wine and Spirits Department Manager                 Responsible for assisting the Wine and Spirits department by working closely with all Wine and Spirits associates in an effort to ensure all company policies and procedures are being followed, department goals and objectives are being obtained, and associates’ needs are being met.    Wine & Spirits Associates have the opportunity to personalize a guest’s experience by providing expertise on the best Wine & Spirits products for all occasions; from wine pairings to local craft beer flavors, these associates are ready to guide our guests to the perfect selection.   Availability Needed to be considered for this role: Nights (4p-9p) and open weekend availability.

Job Title:         Food Court Lead FSLA Status:    Hourly Supervisor:     Food Court Manager   Responsible for working closely with Food Court associates in an effort to ensure an enjoyable shopping experience is consistently delivered and all company policies and procedures are being upheld. Assists Food Court Manager by contributing to store sales and profitability by effectively managing all aspects of the Food Court operations (Caribou coffee, pizza, Asian cuisine and popcorn).  

Job Title:                                 Shift Manager II FLSA Status:                            Full-Time/Hourly Reports to:                              Store Director                                             Responsible for working closely with all associates in an effort to ensure all company policies and procedures are being followed, department goals and objectives are being obtained, and associates’ needs are being met.  This position works closely with our Store Director and Assistant Store Director to conduct day-to-day store operations efficiently.  Responsible for maximizing sales and providing excellent customer service, merchandising product, maintaining appropriate stock levels, developing and training store associates, and achieving productivity goals.   This is the perfect position for someone who is looking to develop their leadership skills in preparation for a full-time department management position.  It takes a unique person – someone who is dedicated; who excels in a supported, team-oriented environment; and is ready to do what it takes to make this a successful career.  A shift manager rarely manages from a distance but instead works alongside associates in order to be more efficient and to resolve guest issues as they arise.  Working alongside associates keeps the shift manager sharp in all job functions and allows him/her to lead by example.

Job Title:             Treasury Analyst Intern FLSA Status:       Hourly Reports To:         Treasury Analyst     As a member of our Finance team, the Treasury Analyst Intern will help assist with various treasury and corporate finance activities.  This position will assist with daily operations of cash management, investments, cash forecasting, and more.  On a quarterly basis, the Treasury Analyst Intern will perform bank reconciliations and investigate any discrepancies.  This position will work closely with the Finance and Accounting departments on other ad hoc projects.

Job Title:                                 HBC/GM Department Manager FLSA Status:                            Salary Reports To:                              Store Director/HBC/GM Director   Responsible for all aspects of operating the HBC/GM department to achieve or exceed sales, gross profit and labor goals. This includes but not limited to ordering, processing invoices, stocking (ad and every day in stock), facing and maintaining of inline aisles and secondary displays, inventory and back stock controls, creating work schedules, managing store level pricing and item setup as needed.

The Buyer Assistant will support the Department Buyer, Buyer Analyst and Central Pricing to ensure accurate pricing reaches store level for our guests.   The Buyer Assistant will work closely with Festival Foods vendor partners to provide our guests with accurate sale pricing.
