Job Title:                                Meat Clerk                            FLSA Status:                          Hourly Reports To:                           Meat Manager   Responsible for working closely with all meat counter associates in an effort to ensure all company policies and procedures are being followed, department goals are being obtained, and associates' needs are being met.     Whether our guests are meal prepping, tailgating in a snowy December, hosting their summer BBQ, or prepping their Holiday ham, our Meat & Seafood Associates are their resource and expert providing exceptional service coupled with tips & tricks to ensure no matter the cut of meat, our guests feel confident to season & cook it perfectly.  

Job Title:                                Frozen/Dairy Assistant Department Manager FLSA Status:                          Hourly Reports To:                           Frozen/Dairy Department Manager   Provides assistance to the Frozen/Dairy Department Manager by working closely with all Frozen/Dairy associates in an effort to ensure an enjoyable shopping experience is consistently delivered, all company policies and procedures are being followed, department goals and objectives are being obtained, and associates’ needs are being met.     Frozen Food & Dairy Department Leaders guide a team of Associates who showcase a wide variety of the best frozen and dairy products while simultaneously providing Festivals high standard of guest service.

Job Title:                             Bakery Assistant Manager FLSA Status:                       Hourly Reports To:                        Bakery Manager   Provides assistance to the Bakery Department Manager by working closely with all Bakery associates in an effort to ensure an enjoyable shopping experience is consistently delivered, all company policies and procedures are being followed, department goals and objectives are being obtained, and associates’ needs are being met. Contributes to store sales and profitability by effectively managing all aspects of Bakery department operations, to include but not limited to: labor, expenses, accurate pricing, stock levels, merchandising and guest service.     Creativity in the form of food is the name of the game in our Bakery; Festival’s bakery associates are here to enhance the special moments and occasions in our guest’s lives by providing a fun & fresh bakery assortment.   Bakery Department Leaders oversee Associates who enhance the special moments and celebrations in our guest’s lives by providing creative, fresh and inspired bakery items.

Job Title:                       Grocery Assistant Department Manager- PM FSLA Status:                Hourly Reports To:                 Grocery Department Manager             The Grocery Assistant Department Manager- PM is responsible for leading Grocery associates, showcasing Festival’s center store products and ensuring department goals and objectives are being obtained.

Job Title:                Caribou FLSA Status:          Hourly Reports To:           Caribou Manager   A Caribou clerk is responsible to develop a proficiency in filling guest drink orders quickly, efficiently, and consistently while promoting a positive and energetic atmosphere.

Job Title:                             Meat Service Counter Manager FLSA Status:                       Hourly Reports To:                         Meat Department Manager   On a daily basis works closely with all sales/service clerks in an effort to ensure an enjoyable shopping experience is consistently delivered, all company policies and procedures are being followed, department goals and objectives are being obtained, and sales/service clerks’ needs are being met.     Our Meat & Seafood Department Leaders guide a team of Associates who provide or guests with exceptional service coupled with tips & tricks to ensure no matter the cut of meat, our guests feel confident to season & cook it perfectly.

Job Title:                                Grocery Third Shift Stocker FLSA Status:                          Hourly Reports To:                           Grocery Manager   Maintains stock levels in the grocery department by replenishing products as needed. Execute the boomerang theory by providing exceptional service to all guests.   Our Grocery associates can throw sugar and flour like no tomorrow during the holidays and stock up all our guests’ BBQ needs during the summer with ease!
