Job Title:                Guest Services Clerk FLSA Status:          Hourly Reports To:           Guest Services Manager   Under the direction of the Guest Services Manager, conduct daily Service Counter operations and strengthen guest relations through advanced guest service and engagement techniques. Apart from responding to inquiries, provides information to the guests that help them in making purchasing decisions and resolve any complaints.   Guest Services Associates have an opportunity to treat every customer as a guest by creating meaningful and genuine interactions; you’ll see our regular guests choosing their checkout lane based on their favorite cashier, not the line length!

Job Title:                  IT Senior Project Manager Reports To:              IT Solutions Director FLSA Status:             Salary, Exempt   POSITION SUMMARY: This position is responsible for: - Managing large and complex IT projects from inception through successful completion utilizing Festival’s Project Management Methodology or PMBOK Standards. - Developing a master project plan that includes plans for scope, charter, change management, tasks, resources, finances, schedules, risks, issues, testing, data migration, training, implementation, communication, and technology adoption. - Providing mentoring, consulting, and support project management practices to other Festival associates. - Managing the performance and effectiveness of project team members including associates, vendors, and contractors. - Sponsor satisfaction as it relates to project completion and project success criteria. - Communicating to all stakeholders about project status, issues, changes, and decisions.
