Job Title:                             Frozen Food/Dairy Clerk II FLSA Status:                       Hourly Reports To:                         Frozen Food/Dairy Department Manager   Responsible for ensuring that all company policies and procedures are being followed and that department goals are being obtained. Contributes to store sales and profitability by effectively managing all aspects of the FF/D Department such as stock levels, inventory, and guest service.   Frozen Food & Dairy Associates showcase a wide variety of the best frozen and dairy products while simultaneously providing Festivals high standard of guest service.

Job Title:                                 Produce Evening Supervisor FLSA Status:                            Hourly Reports To:                             Produce Department Manger   Provides assistance to the Produce Department Manager by working closely with all Produce associates in an effort to ensure an enjoyable shopping experience is consistently delivered, all company policies and procedures are being followed, department goals and objectives are being obtained, and associates’ needs are being met.   Produce Department Leaders Associates who provide a high standard of care to quality, nutritious fruits and vegetables to ensure they are fresh & delicious for the families within our communities.

Job Title:                                Meat Service Counter Clerk FLSA Status:                          Hourly Reports To:                           Meat Department Manager   Maintains stock levels in the meat department by replenishing products as needed. Execute the boomerang theory by providing exceptional service to all guests.     Whether our guests are meal prepping, tailgating in a snowy December, hosting their summer BBQ, or prepping their Holiday ham, our Meat & Seafood Associates are their resource and expert providing exceptional service coupled with tips & tricks to ensure no matter the cut of meat, our guests feel confident to season & cook it perfectly.

Under the direction of the Store Director and Assistant Store Director, assists day-to-day store operations efficiently.  ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Communicates and reinforces Festival culture, customer service, and performance expectations to store associates. - Documents violations of company policies/procedures by associates and conducts progressive disciplinary actions with associates when necessary - Answers questions and provides guidance to guests and associates - Ensures all department standards are being met in the store during assigned shift. - Observes sales floor and back stock conditions; takes action to correct areas of opportunity - Communicates and works cooperatively with Store Director, Department Managers, and associates to maintain standards and exceed guest expectations - Oversees sanitation within the store during assigned shift. - Provides customer service to guests. - Assists guests with finding items they are looking for throughout the store - Addresses guest concerns and resolves issues when a guest is not satisfied with the service or product received - Assists all department associates with daily responsibilities. - Responsible for quality control during assigned shift. Helps ensure product safety and freshness. Must make sure customers receive the products and services they order.  The Store Operations Management Intern is responsible for reporting any issues or quality defects to the Department Managers. - The Store Operations Management Intern must make sure the workplace is safe and clean during assigned shift. This includes reviewing and enforcing all Occupational Safety standards and policies.  The Store Operations Management Intern is responsible for completing and filing all incident reports and accident reports and reporting all violations. - Other duties as assigned. - Regular, timely attendance in compliance with the work schedule, and adequate notice to find a replacement for occasional absences.
