Job Title:                             Bakery Assistant Manager FLSA Status:                       Hourly Reports To:                        Bakery Manager   Provides assistance to the Bakery Department Manager by working closely with all Bakery associates in an effort to ensure an enjoyable shopping experience is consistently delivered, all company policies and procedures are being followed, department goals and objectives are being obtained, and associates’ needs are being met. Contributes to store sales and profitability by effectively managing all aspects of Bakery department operations, to include but not limited to: labor, expenses, accurate pricing, stock levels, merchandising and guest service.     Creativity in the form of food is the name of the game in our Bakery; Festival’s bakery associates are here to enhance the special moments and occasions in our guest’s lives by providing a fun & fresh bakery assortment.   Bakery Department Leaders oversee Associates who enhance the special moments and celebrations in our guest’s lives by providing creative, fresh and inspired bakery items.

Job Title:                Natural/Organic Department Manager FLSA Status:          Salary Reports To:           Store Director/Department Director   Responsible for all aspects of operating the Natural/Organic department in store to achieve or exceed sales, gross profit and labor goals. This includes but not limited to ordering, processing invoices, stocking (ad and every day in stock), facing and maintaining of inline aisles and secondary displays, inventory and back stock controls, creating work schedules, managing store level pricing and submitting guests requests/new items.   Natural Foods Department Leaders oversee Associates that provide Festival Foods guests with all natural, chemical-free and non-GMO options that fit their unique dietary preferences.

Job Title:                                Frozen/Dairy Assistant Department Manager FLSA Status:                          Hourly Reports To:                           Frozen/Dairy Department Manager   Provides assistance to the Frozen/Dairy Department Manager by working closely with all Frozen/Dairy associates in an effort to ensure an enjoyable shopping experience is consistently delivered, all company policies and procedures are being followed, department goals and objectives are being obtained, and associates’ needs are being met.     Frozen Food & Dairy Department Leaders guide a team of Associates who showcase a wide variety of the best frozen and dairy products while simultaneously providing Festivals high standard of guest service.

Job Title:                                 Shift Manager II FLSA Status:                            Full-Time/Hourly Reports to:                              Store Director                                             Responsible for working closely with all associates in an effort to ensure all company policies and procedures are being followed, department goals and objectives are being obtained, and associates’ needs are being met.  This position works closely with our Store Director and Assistant Store Director to conduct day-to-day store operations efficiently.  Responsible for maximizing sales and providing excellent customer service, merchandising product, maintaining appropriate stock levels, developing and training store associates, and achieving productivity goals.   This is the perfect position for someone who is looking to develop their leadership skills in preparation for a full-time department management position.  It takes a unique person – someone who is dedicated; who excels in a supported, team-oriented environment; and is ready to do what it takes to make this a successful career.  A shift manager rarely manages from a distance but instead works alongside associates in order to be more efficient and to resolve guest issues as they arise.  Working alongside associates keeps the shift manager sharp in all job functions and allows him/her to lead by example.

Job Title:                 Wine and Spirits Assistant Department Manager FLSA Status:            Hourly Reports To:             Wine and Spirits Department Manager   Under the direction of the Wine and Spirits Manager, responsible for assisting the Wine and Spirits Manager by working closely with all Wine and Spirits associates in an effort to ensure all company policies and procedures are being followed, department goals and objectives are being obtained, and associates’ needs are being met.     Wine & Spirits Department Leaders lead a team of Associates who are experts of the Festival Foods Wine & Spirits inventory and who provide thoughtful product recommendations and an enjoyable, stress free shopping experience.
