Delivers the highest level of customer service and satisfaction, by trimming and preparing standard cuts of meat. Reports to: Store Director
Responsible for working closely with all associates in an effort to ensure all company policies and procedures are being followed, department goals and objectives are being obtained, and associates’ needs are being met. This position works closely with our Store Director and Assistant Store Director to conduct day-to-day store operations efficiently. Responsible for maximizing sales and providing excellent customer service, merchandising product, maintaining appropriate stock levels, developing and training store associates, and achieving productivity goals.
This is the perfect position for someone who is looking to develop their leadership skills in preparation for a full-time department management position. A shift manager rarely manages from a distance but instead works alongside associates in order to be more efficient and to resolve guest issues as they arise.
